Introducing The TEK 880 Radar ATEX / Intrinsically Safe Cellular Level Sensor

A new addition to our product portfolio –  the TEK 880 Radar ATEX / Intrinsically Safe Cellular Radar level sensor!

As an extension of Tekelek’s core IoT hardware offering, we are pleased to introduce our new TEK 880 ATEX / Intrinsically Safe Cellular Radar level sensor (UL 913 Class 1 Division 1 Zone 0 certified) scheduled for release to market in Q1 2023. The ATEX Radar sensor is specifically designed to be a low profile, non-invasive, continuous liquid level sensor. This exciting innovation will complement our established portfolio of intrinsically safe remote monitoring solutions that pride themselves on meeting highly regulated environmental standards.

At Tekelek, we understand that reliable analyses have a vital role to play in ensuring processes in a hazardous industry environment run smoothly. Problems and costly shutdowns can be avoided using continuous monitoring, as Tekelek technology offers real-time visibility, greater asset management, and improved sustainable business planning.

Our TEK 880 ATEX / Intrinsically Safe Cellular Radar level sensor device uses radar technology to measure the fluid liquid level of the tank being monitored and then communicates this data in a binary message to a remote server via a TCP connection. This is communicated via CAT-M1 / NB-IoT networks. It will be UL 913 Class 1 Division 1 Zone 0 certified.

The TEK 880 ATEX / Intrinsically Safe Cellular Radar level sensor is accurate, reliable, smart, and robust. Easy to install with flexible configuration options allowing you to choose a reporting schedule with continuous or spot inventory management.

Introducing the TEK 880 ATEX / Intrinsically Safe Cellular Radar level sensor tank level measurement solution is a key that opens doors to operational efficiencies and increases safety by eliminating the need for manual measurement, better customer service, and increased profitability.
